Luke is an investigator that entered the Usodar town several months before Orli for his work. He has a casual and friendly personality, and immediately warms up to Orli. Strangely, Luke seems a little too keen to have Orli on board with his investigation plans.

SPOILERS AND PERSONAL OPINION

Orli first met Luke when she entered Usodar town and bumped into him while catching a child kidnapper. Quickly, Luke warmed up to her and started calling her “Little Bunny”, a nickname that will stick with Orli throughout Luke’s route, which will unfortunately cause me to cringe whenever she is called as such…

Anyway, Luke enthusiastically invites Orli to join him in his investigations, and Orli agreed since she had not much lead when investigating by herself. Through their interactions, it quickly became obvious that Luke cared way too much for Orli given that they have only met recently. It doesn’t help that Luke always behaves so flirtatiously and casually, which made it difficult for Orli to take him seriously.

Eventually, it was revealed that Luke had known Orli since she was a little girl. After her parents were murdered, Luke met Orli when she was crying over their deaths while carrying a bunny plushie in her arms (hence her nickname). Touched by her, Luke decided to help her solve her case, which the police refused to investigate. This was also why he became an investigator. In a way, it can be said that Luke basically dedicated his whole life and mission to Orli.

Depending on the choices you make, Luke can become very aggressive, keeping Orli locked up and preventing her from interacting with others. Actually, even in his route without the bad endings, he already briefly locked her up, and was revealed to keep a collection of her pictures taken without her knowledge from all the way back. So yeah, pretty much ticking all the yandere boxes LOL.

In the good ending, Orli accepted the truth of her parents’ murder and of her unique heart condition, successfully allowing Luke to resolve her issue so they can live happily ever after.

I am quite fine with Luke’s route. It has all the yandere elements a yandere route needs. However, when I compare with the other 4 routes, which I have a hard time deciding which is the best, I found Luke’s route clearly a notch lower than the rest.

It’s is hard to pinpoint what exactly is missing. Perhaps it is the constant “Little Bunny” cringe. Or perhaps his personality was just not my style. But somehow, I adored G#, who has a similar happy-go-lucky attitude.

I also have to say that Luke probably has the spiciest scenes. I really didn’t think there will be a scene where they do the *ahem* deed in the outdoors, some forests to be exact. I wasn’t expecting that to be possible in an otome O////O.

Overall, I would say that by itself, Luke’s route is plenty enjoyable and fun. Yando lovers are bound to like it. And it is way better than certain indie otome routes that I have came across. Simply, it was just the comparison among the other routes in this game made it seem relatively dull. If you did play the game, let me know if you can relate to my opinions!
