The character is simply referred to as manager throughout the manga. The manager owns a small café, with only himself and another girl, Sonezaki Majyu, to run the store. Due to his creepiness, his café had a hard time finding new employees until Aotsuki came by.
SPOILERS AND PERSONAL OPINION

The manager had a crush on his café employee, Sonezaki Majyu, but was too shy to act on it. As such, he hired Aotsuki to help him with his relationship with Sonezaki. Initially, when Aotsuki expressed his like for Sonezaki, the manager was quick to threaten him with a knife. He had threatened Aotsuki continuously to get him to help him with his crush, and often turned extremely upset when Sonezaki showed preference for Aotsuki over the manager.
Finally, Sonezaki rejected the manager’s love confession. Although heartbroken, the manager quickly turned his attention to Aotsuki, who had helped him throughout his quest for love. Touched by Aotsuki, he decided that they should be together forever, and declared: “Until death will us part.”
Granted, the manager is extremely creepy. But somehow, I still find him weirdly cute at times, how he naively believed in all of the ridiculous advices thrown out by Aotsuki, and how he gets super shy in front of his crush.
Normally, I would not review characters such as the manager as his yandere qualities were dubious. His yandere persona was played for laughs, and the fact that he quickly switched his target from Sonezaki to Aotsuki made me question his love for either of the characters. However, this manga is short and the manager is really quite funny despite all his creepiness. So, I do recommend you to check it out, just for the silliness of it all.
