A soft-spoken lady who was originally not keen on having a relationship. That changed when she met her ideal guy through a boyfriend booking app.

SPOILERS AND PERSONAL OPINION

While the office lady was originally uninterested in having a relationship, she started to feel lonely when her friends began to prioritize their family and relationships over their friendship. It was then she discovered a boyfriend booking app which allows customers to reserve a fake boyfriend for a casual date.

While the office lady only used the app to put off her loneliness and have fun at first, things changed when she chanced upon boyfriend #707 on one of her bookings. 707 appears to be her ideal type, from his appearance to his gentle nature, the office lady was totally smitten with him soon enough.

She began booking only 707, and started to change her appearance in hope to gain more of his attention. She started to obsess over him, pasting his pictures all over her dressing table.

The office lady first snapped when she tried to book 707 again but the reservation could not go through due to him being fully booked. This event made her realize that 707 was not hers alone, and that he was spending time with different customers when they were not together.

She snapped again when a store attendant in a store they visited tried to get 707’s number so that she can book him too. She pulled 707 away before the store attendant could get his number, and had an outburst due to her jealousy. 707 had to comfort her for the incident before she could calm down.

However, the third time she snapped, she finally decided to take matters into her own hands. When she was out on an errand one day, she bumped into 707 attending to another one of his customers, saying sweet nothings to her and treating the customers as his wife. When 707 saw the office lady, he merely nodded to her before giving his full attention to his customer.

The office lady kidnapped 707 and trapped him in her apartment, tying him up and rendering him immobile. She scratched away the barcode behind his neck used for the boyfriend booking app so that he may never use it again, and blinded him. To prevent him from committing suicide, she stuffed thick cloths into his mouth, only pulling it out when she came home from work. The lady was ecstatic, and they will now be together forever.

I really don’t like this type of yandere. Some yanderes you can sympathize with, others you can at least feel their love amidst their extreme actions. But this type, they treat their lovers as mere objects, 100%. I don’t feel any genuine love from the office lady, just pure self-centeredness. She don’t even try hard to establish mutual affections with 707, but instead drag him around and made him go along with her whims. And when that failed, just cripple him and lock him up. No complexity or depth to her character to make me like her at all. Just one word: selfish.
