Lucretius Le Crensia, or Luke for short, is the crowned prince of the Crensia Empire. Soon after the assassination of the late emperor, Luke ascended as the emperor of the empire.
SPOILERS AND PERSONAL OPINION

On first look, Lucretius appears as a gentlemanly and courteous young man. However, it is quickly revealed that beneath his warm appearance lies a cold heart. Not only is Lucretius extremely sharp, he is also highly manipulative and can even be cruel. Lucretius is also exceedingly handsome, attracting the attention of many young noble ladies.
He first met Sabina (Bina for short) when she was sent in to be wedded to his father, the then emperor. However, the emperor was quickly assassinated by Lucretius himself, with Bina as the witness. Through this incident, they formed an agreement to help out each other.
While Luke had initially appointed Bina as his first queen so that she can be a convenient shield for him, he slowly fell in love with her. Meanwhile, Bina also grew to love him. However, she did not dare to indulge in her emotions, as she had not gave up on returning to the original world she had came from.
Eventually, Bina indeed found a way to return home, and without Lucretius’s knowledge, went to check out the portal which is supposed to bring her back to her world. Upon finding out, Luke went ballistic. He would never allow Bina to leave. He placed Bina as his highest priority, above his kingdom, and above his life.
As he began searching for Bina, he also started to devise plans to prevent Bina from leaving. Killing her would means Bina would no longer be able to love him, so that’s a no. Cutting off her feet? But they are too pretty to go! How about hurting them just enough to not leave any scars? But Bina would hate Luke forever, and he cannot bear it. It would be best for Bina to choose to stay with him.
Then, what if he were to turn harm onto himself instead?
Luke then decided to stab himself so severely that Bina would have to run and get help for him immediately; any later he will die on the spot. This will prevent Bina from leaving through the portal before it closes. Even if it may risk his life, it was worth it. To Luke, Bina was his entire world.
Luckily, Luke never had to carry out his plans. Bina had decided to stay with him in his world anyway, she could not bear to leave. Together, they ruled the country, and brought prosperity to their empire. The love between Luke and Bina never faded. They had a baby daughter together, and they live in happiness.
I really like Lucretius, and I believe my fellow readers will agree with me. He can be manipulative and cruel, yet he has the capacity for care and love. He can be narcissistic, but he also gets easily jealous and whiney. Flaws and imperfections are present within Luke, but that’s what made him more relatable and human.
Luke is also very possessive of Bina since he fell in love with her. However, he rarely disregard her wishes. Even though he demonstrates his possessiveness throughout the story, there are few moments when his yandere traits showed. If anything, I only recall that one specific moment I described above, which is why I consider him a minor yandere.
Even so, I really enjoyed the story. It doesn’t drag on for too long, and the main characters, Lucretius and Sabina are really likeable. So, I still recommend you readers to have a look!
