SPOILERS AND PERSONAL OPINION

Cinderella Contract follows the game format that most of the mobile otome games have out there. Basically, you are given a set of 5 story tickets to read the story each day, so the progress will be relatively slow unless you chip in some cash to buy more tickets. After the prologue, you get to choose which country/ route, you want to enter, and the respective princes/ love interests of that country will be the ones you pursue.
Along the way, you will have to clear “love trials” (farm enough points) and “avatar trials” (buy new clothes with in-game currency or cash) to progress the story. There will also be optional “premium routes” to be unlocked in between. Aside from progressing with the story, you can also participate in gacha games and time-limited events to dress up your avatar and decorate your room. So, there’s plenty for you to do and to keep your engagement.
Another thing that may be good for some is that there are no bad endings to the game. Each love interests can have 3 endings: Normal, Good, and Royal. So, you will have to play the route multiple times to collect all the endings for the princes.
I think this game is good for when you have little time to play, as you only have to spend about 20 minutes a day to progress with the main story, and perhaps do some side activities here and there.
Although the plot can be unrealistic, it is still good enough if you enjoy such idealistic and fantastical storylines. In addition, the game is also entirely free to play, and with enough patience and effort, you would not need to pay a single penny for it. So, I do recommend you try it out!
