Aotsuki had found a part-time job in a small café. Although he has a cute colleague named Sonezaki Majyu, he had also gained a scary manager. Now, the manager told him that he was hired for one reason: to help the manager get together with his crush, Sonezaki. With a kitchen knife pointed at his throat, what choices have Aotsuki left? And so begins his journey as the love advisor to his extremely creepy café manager.

SPOILERS AND PERSONAL OPINION

The story follows Aotsuki as he tries his best to help the manager on his quest for love. Pulling out all sorts of techniques and know-hows on chasing girls, it is unfortunate that the creepy manager ultimately fails to get together with Sonezaki anyways. The manga ends with a funny plot-twist, and poor Aotsuki must bear the brunt of it.

This is a quick one-shot that can be easily finished in one sitting. Although the art can get really really creepy, I find the story really really funny. Even though the yandere is played for laughs, his character and his drastic change in demeanor from one scene to another is super fun to read. As such, even though I had read this long ago, I still clearly remembers the short but interesting plot, which is why I decided to write a review on this. I do recommend you readers to check it out if time permits, and if you don’t mind the art!
